How much can the 3DActive Power Bands stretch?
We do not recommend stretching your 3DActive Power bands more than 1.5 times their resting length. Stretching beyond 1.5 times their resting length has a high risk of breaking the bands.
What exercises can 3DActive Power Bands be used for?
3DActive Power Bands are incredibly versatile, they are an excellent support for pull-up training and a great alternative to free-weights exercises such as squats, lunges, shoulder press, bicep curls and so much more. Beginner to advanced, the resistance is gradual and you control the amount of it.
