How are 3DActive products shipped?
All 3DActive US orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS), or UPS depending on your region.
UK orders are shipped from within the UK by Royal Mail or alternative depending on your region.
When your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number you can use to check on the state of your order.
What are the shipping costs of 3DActive products?
Shipping on all 3DFitBud orders are free. Shipping is free on all other orders of $30 or over. For orders under $30 shipping costs may vary and shipments outside the United States and the United Kingdom there may be additional shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my 3DActive order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and you should receive your order within 5 business days.
Delays may occur due to the current pandemic and situations beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 5 business days please contact us.
I have not received my order, where is my package?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email regarding the shipment of your order together with a Tracking Number, and it has been more than 5 business days since you’ve placed an order with us, please reach out to our support team quoting your order number.
